If you are looking for a goat cheese to substitute for cow's cheese in recipes, because you can not tolerate cow's milk cheese, this is the cheese for you. It grates, it melts, it's yummy! It is made with vegetarian rennet, and has those little crunchy protein crystals. Great with beer, and hearty crackers and breads.
