), in a fresh, locally baked mini-boule. A wonderfully crusty French roll, rubbed with garlic, and filled with a signature blend of Swiss cheeses sprinkled with white wine, and dusted with a hint of Herbs de Provence. Pair with a glass of wine and some seasonal fresh fruits...or a smattering of your favorite cured meats and olives...or a mixture of dried fruits and nuts...Bake it in the oven, and you have your own mini-fondue without a big production. Summer's best grilled cheese, without the grill.
1. Preheat oven to 425° and position rack in center of oven.
2. Remove plastic from bread bowl and place on un-greased cookie sheet or pan. Bake on center rack for 20 min. (25-30 if frozen)
3. Remove from oven and serve immediately.
