Gianni Calogiuri's family has produced their Vincotto Originale "cooked wine" from locally grown Negroamaro and Malvasia Negra grapes in Puglia, Italy since 1825. The juice of the old vine grapes is aged for four years in oak barrels to produce this "exceptionally organoleptic" vinegar.
Rasberry Vincotto is a versatile dressing. Use as a condiment over antipasti, roasted meats, salads, and vegetables such as cooked potatoes (preferably cold) to enrich their flavors. Is also delicious in deserts like panna cotta.
No added preservatives, alcohol, coloring, or sugar.
Vegetarian and vegan friendly.
