Crudo Extra Virgin Olive Oil has been continuously produced by the Schiralli family in the foothills of Bari since 1922. Crudo is made from the Ogliarola olive, which is grown and pressed onsite. The oil has hints of fresh almonds and artichokes, with a delicate fruity aftertaste. Perfect on salads, bruschetta, and Mediterranean style dishes.
