The Bartolini family has been growing olives, grains, and what they call pulses (legumes), in the hills of southern Umbria, Italy since the 1850's.
This hearty and wholesome mix includes: borlotti beans, red lentils, chickpeas, canellini beans, red azuki beans, yellow soy, occhio beans, broken green peas, San Matteo red beans, and peeled broad beans.
