Soaked in doble pasta wine for 48-72 hours to get its beautiful purple rind, its pure white interior is creamy and mild. Made from the milk of Murciano-Granadina goats, this cheese is smooth, slightly sweet and grapey (from the curing process).

This cheese is great for melting, or alone as a snack.
