Girolle

The Girolle is the traditional method for serving the Swiss cheese Tete de Moine. The cheese is placed over the spike and the handle is cranked around creating extremely thin crinkles of the cheese, reminiscent of flower petals. Also great with Swiss Chocolate Roulette. Made by Coco Suisse creator Marianne Manes exclusively for us here at The Cheese Store of Beverly Hills, this decadent chocolate wheel is Swiss chocolate made with hints of hazelnut gianduja. Beautiful for decorating cakes, or alone; a bite size portion, easy to pop in one's mouth!
